Monthly Favourites - March

A little belated, a march's favourites, happy easter you lovies!

Bielenda Pharm - Intensively Hydrating Day Cream SPF 10
OH MY. Ever since I picked this up last minute in Cracow a month ago, I have been using it every single day. It is the BEST moisturizer I have ever used and I cannot wait to get back and buy tons of it (there is a nighttime-version without SPF + two soothing moisturizers for "dilated capillaries" I want to check out). A blogpost-in-depth-review of this WILL follow.

Clinique - Super City Block SPF 40
Love it, great for my dry skin, using it almost every day, nothing more to add!

Bourjois - 123 Perfect CC Cream, SPF 15 in shade "31 Ivory"
A very light-weight, sheer coverage foundation/CC Cream (buildable to a higher coverage), ideal for the warmer months, as it is very liquid and doesn't look too heavy! Ideal for all the ladies with drier skin, or when you are looking for a natural finish! I can't put it over my eyelids, as it creases there like crazy, so better to leave that out! A little extra-tip: as this can leave my skin really shiny (especially with sunscreen,... underneath) I take a cheap tissue separate one sheet and blot my face with it. Works wonders and you don't have to use powder!

Yves Saint Laurent - Dare to glow, Silky Highlighting Veil
I got this on sale at a department store AGES ago and back then I just didn't know how to handle it, so I put it away and never used it. Rediscovered this beauty a few months ago and LOVE it now. I love mixing a little bit into my moisturizer (I put on a little extra silicony moisturizer before doing my foundation) as it gives a lovely glow, or use it on its own to highlight!

Maxfactor - Miracle Touch Creamy Blush "07 Soft Candy"
A very natural looking, reddish cream blush to give you a little flush. Use it very sparsely, as the colour pay-off is huge and you don't want to look like a clown (even though some people like that bold blush-style, I am more of a moderate blush-applyer, as I have quite nice, natural colour on my cheeks and try not to cover it with too much foundation).

Zoeva - 102 Silk Finish
I LOVE this brush (the great Lisa Eldridge got me hooked on Zoeva), as I like to blend with those round, soft brushes a lot. Depending on my mood I apply my foundation with it, just blend the edges, or blend concealer. Lovely brush, great quality, unbeatable price, so go check it out!

Essie - Cute as a Button
A lovely coral/pink/orangy colour (depending on the light). GREAT for spring, long lasting (2 coats+topcoat gave me more than a week without chipping - amazing), bright, fun colour, looking fabulous with pain, darker colours of clothing!

Chanel - Coco Mademoiselle
An oldie, but goodie. Have been wearing this for years, still love it.

This is it for today, be sure to leave any questions or suggestions in the comment-section below, stay tuned for my next posts, have fun, be gentle, love yourself, love your skin and HAPPY EASTER to you and your families <3 p="">
